Brazilian tennis player Matos has been prohibited from professional tennis for life and fined $125,000 (#100,600) after being convicted of numerous match-fixing offences.
Matos has also been ordered to repay $12,000 (#9,650) obtained in winnings in tournaments played Ecuador.
An independent hearing discovered that 31-year-old Matos had contrived the results of 10 tennis games played during 2018 in ITF degree tournaments in Brazil, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, Portugal and Spain.
Besides the charges, the player was also found guilty not to co-operating using a Tennis Coding Unit investigation since he refused to comply to supply his phone for examination, also failed to provide financial records.
Mato, who had been suspended from tennis since 6 December was rated 373rd with a singles ranking of 580th at April 2012.
